Social experiment

Lockdown in rural France...Day-hurrah-I’m-still-here (no emoji for sarcastic snorts?)

My social experiment in not doing any housework is proceeding well. So far I’ve managed to not clean the ground floor, as well as the first and second floors. And no one’s adventured up to the third floor since the French Revolution, so it would be foolhardy to start now.

My neighbours mowed my lawn. I have the best neighbours. And then they taught me how to mow it myself....but as I confused the snow-blower with the mower, it doesn’t bode well.

I don’t know what else I did but it took up the rest of the day.

Is anyone else suffering from hug-starvation?
